Dyllan Moran grew up in Aurora, Colorado and spent his undergraduate years at the University of Colorado, Boulder studying Creative Writing and Japanese. After a teaching stint in Japan, he moved to Brooklyn where he completed his MA in education at Relay Graduate School of Education. He is a fifth year teacher and is working as a reading teacher and the chair of the department at Brooklyn Urban Garden School. He is currently a student at the Bread Loaf School of English out of Middlebury College pursuing an MA in English.
